Sacred Sonic Circle Sound healing experience

This is not a typical sound bath!

This is an invitation to arrive, lay down and rest to receive the healing sounds and vibrations of gongs and other beautiful instruments.

But the experience does not end there…

As the sounds echo in your cells and your soul, the journey will continue by gently inviting you to ignite your own inner vibrational medicine.

There will be an intuitive flow but some possibilities are we flow from receiving into:

chanting with shakers, water sounds and movement, small drums and percussion instruments.

This is a dynamic journey to experience the grounding energy and calm as well as the power of participating in the co creation of healing sounds.

As the journey flows from stillness to movement, after being immersed in the rhythm and sounds, we will come back down to the ground to open our hearts and notice the quality of stillness in our being. We will return back to full receiving mode, ending with grounding sounds of gongs and more.

This experience is an invitation to restore and invigorate!

What you will need:

A water bottle to stay hydrated (we also provided water)

A yoga mat if you have (if you don’t have it’s ok, we have lots of comfy spots to lay)

A light blanket and pillow for comfort

An open mind (to allow room for something new)
