Do you deliver outside of Canada?

Unfortunately, at this time, we can not legally offer our products for sale outside of Canada.

Ordering

Is ordering cannabis online safe?

The Elevated Wellness Co is currently working with becoming fully compliant with regulation as the laws and rules are just emerging by province and federally. We expect to be compliant sometime in 2019/2020 though we do plan to continue serving our clients till then. Orders from The Elevated Wellness Co do not get intercepted as there are many equivalent vendors still serving Canadians as our laws catch up to industry. We expect regulations and compliance to be on par with industry by early 2020 though in the meantime, our clients can continue to benefit by shopping with The Elevated Wellness Co.

How do I place my first order?

Here’s a step-by-step guide in placing your order online with The Elevated Wellness Co. :
Click on the desired product(s), choose your weight and/or quantity then click “Add to Cart”. You will then have the option to “View Cart” or “Continue Shopping”.

  1. At the “View Cart” page; you can edit your order, apply coupons and view shipping costs.
  2. When you complete the “Checkout”, you will receive an order confirmation showing the status of your order. You may also receive the Interac e-Transfer instructions (if applicable), should you choose this method of payment.

How do I track my order?

You can find your Order tracking information on your MY ACCOUNT page.

Order Processing Times

Orders completed Monday to Friday before 2PM Eastern are typically shipped out the same day.

Delivery time of your package is dependant on your location and shipping method chosen. If you live outside a city center, please expect delays.

How do I change my address?

To change your address, please go to My Account and you can change your address under Shipping Info.

Payment

Is there a minimum order?

No, there is no minimum order.

How to send an Interac e-Transfer

If you use online banking with a Canadian bank or credit union, then sending an Interac e-Transfer just takes a couple minutes. Search “your bank name” + Interac e-Transfer and you should easily find instructions on how to send an e-Transfer with your financial institution.

How long do I have to send my payment if I am paying by e-transfer?

Your order will be kept ‘On Hold’ for 24 hours. If payment is not received within the 24 hour period, your order will be cancelled.

Return/Exchange Policy

All products are final sale.

If, for some reason the package contents are not what you ordered or damaged in some way we will be happy to rectify this – please email us to arrange a store credit, or replacement depending on the circumstance.

Once your package has been accepted, processed and/or shipped our refund policy ONLY allows for replacement or store credit. If your order is proved to have been missing a product upon delivery, we will be shipping this product out separately at our expense. Damaged products will be replaced, or you can choose a store credit (a photo of the damage must be required). Replacements will only be made up to four business days after you have received your parcel.

If the package was damaged in transit, we require images of the entire order, including box it was delivered in, we will review it and resolve this accordingly and as best as we can. We are not responsible for any damage through transit.

Shipping is non-refundable.

Privacy

Is my information secure?

Protection of your data is our top priority. To ensure that your data is protected we do the following:

Credit Cards: During the payment process, all your data is handled by our payment processor. We do not store any of your credit card information.

We do not share your information with any other third party company.
